Meet Our Trainers Elmer L. Rose, CDT 
Elmer Rose started his career in the Navy as a dental lab technician and was promoted into
management roles. He started with Nobilium/Ticonium in 1988 as a Field Technical Representative and now directs education and product development. Elmer received the first of his three certifications in 1974. He is certified in partial dentures, crown & bridge and ceramics.
Ann Schmitt, CDT 
Ann Schmitt grew up in her family’s dental lab in Michigan. Her dental history spans four generations. She spent 24 years working as a partial frame technician in her father’s dental lab. In 2005, she ventured to Illinois where she managed the partial department of a large dental laboratory. She received her certification in partial dentures in 1991.
